A Commitment to Quality

Service Excellence

A commitment to quality outcomes.

At Precision, quality is built into the work we accept, the practitioners we appoint, the decisions we make and the evidence used to judge success.

Our Standard

Quality, designed into the engagement.

A consulting engagement is only as strong as the decisions, information and behaviours beneath it. We set the standard at the outset, make progress visible, test what matters, and keep working until the agreed result is evidenced.

Clients should be able to see how their engagement is being led, where risk is changing, how decisions are reached, and whether the work is creating the value agreed at the start.

Commitment

Six commitments we hold on every engagement

  1. We define success together

We agree the intended result, the measures, the constraints, the decision rights and the acceptance conditions before momentum makes them harder to set.

In practiceEvery engagement opens with a written definition of done that the client signs off.

  2. Senior accountability stays on the work

The practitioners trusted to shape an engagement remain visible and accountable through delivery. Seniority is operational here.

In practiceThe people who scope the work are in the room when it is delivered and reviewed.

  3. Evidence guides judgement

Plans, status, risk and benefits are grounded in verifiable information rather than optimistic narrative or presentation polish.

In practiceProgress is reported against approved baselines and traceable data.

  4. We speak early and plainly

Clients receive the judgement the moment calls for, including emerging risk, findings that are difficult to hear and decisions that should not wait.

In practiceA risk we can see is raised while it can still be acted on.

  5. The client experience is designed deliberately

Communication, responsiveness, inclusion and the use of your people’s time are treated as part of quality.

In practiceCadence, access and ways of working are agreed up front and reviewed as we go.

  6. Capability remains after we leave

Knowledge, controls and decision discipline are transferred so progress continues without permanent reliance on us.

In practiceThe measure is an organisation that can hold the standard on its own.

How Quality Is Governed

The Precision quality loop

Every engagement moves through the same six stages, from the decision to accept the work to the evidence that it is done. The last stage informs the first.

  1. Select responsibly

We confirm fit, independence, capacity and the ability to add material value before we accept the work.

  2. Align explicitly

We define the intended results, scope, evidence, governance, roles and decision rights, and record them.

  3. Mobilise deliberately

We appoint the right senior practitioners and set the controls, cadence and working agreements the engagement needs.

  4. Deliver visibly

We make progress, risk, decisions, dependencies and quality gates observable to the people accountable for them.

  5. Listen and adapt

We seek feedback, respond to changing conditions and correct issues while they are still small.

  6. Evidence and transfer

We confirm acceptance and benefits, transfer capability, and capture the lessons that improve the next engagement.

Each engagement improves the next. That is how the standard compounds.

Our Foundations

Quality rests on conduct

The commitments on this page depend on how we behave: integrity in what we report, independence in the advice we give, and confidentiality in how we handle what we are trusted with. Those obligations are set out in full, and every person who works under the Precision name is held to them.

Accountability

A standard that evolves by being exercised

Service excellence includes how we respond when expectations are not being met. We invite direct feedback, give concerns clear ownership, and act on what we learn. If the experience or the work falls below the standard we agreed, we want to hear it early, and we will put it right.

Work With Us

If the quality of the engagement matters as much
as the outcome, we should talk

The clients we work with care as much about how the work is done as the answer it reaches. Initial conversations are confidential and without obligation.
