About / Code of Conduct

Our Standards

Trust is earned by doing
the right thing, every time

Our Code of Conduct sets out the responsibilities every Precision practitioner carries: to our clients, to each other, and to the public whose programmes we are trusted with.

Why it matters

The standard behind the standard

We work inside the most consequential programmes in the country, often with privileged access to information, people, and decisions. That access is a trust, and trust is earned by doing the right thing every time. This Code defines what that means in practice, and every person who works under the Precision name is held to it.

Our commitments

The responsibilities we carry

To our clients

We give honest, independent counsel, protect confidential information without compromise, and accept engagements only where we can genuinely deliver. We never trade a client’s interest for our own.

To our people

We provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where careers are built on merit. We invest in our people’s growth and stand behind them when they act with integrity.

To the community

We work on programmes that matter to the public, and we treat that trust with care. We comply with the letter and the spirit of the law in every jurisdiction where we operate.

To the profession

We compete fairly, we win work on capability, and we behave so that our conduct itself is a reference.

The standards we hold

Non-negotiable, on every engagement

Integrity in everything

We do what is right, even when it costs us. We report honestly, including the news that is hardest to deliver.

Independence and objectivity

We identify and manage conflicts of interest before they arise, and we decline work where independence cannot be protected.

Confidentiality

Client information is protected rigorously, during an engagement and long after it ends.

Quality without shortcuts

Senior practitioners lead every engagement, and every deliverable meets the standard we would defend in front of a board.

Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption

We do not offer, accept, or tolerate improper payments or inducements of any kind, anywhere we operate.

Fair competition

We compete lawfully and ethically, and we treat competitors, suppliers, and partners with professional respect.

Privacy and data protection

We handle personal information in accordance with privacy law and with the discretion our clients expect.

Speaking up

Every person at Precision has the obligation and the protection to raise concerns, without fear of reprisal.

Accountability

A concern raised is a standard kept

If you believe anyone acting for Precision has fallen short of this Code, we want to hear about it, confidentially and without reprisal.
