The Challenge
A global manufacturer operating across many production sites in several countries was running on a fragmented set of ERP platforms with no consolidated production cost model. Intercompany settlement lagged significantly, tying up material working capital, and an earlier greenfield SAP S/4HANA effort had struggled to gain traction.
The Precision Approach

Precision restructured delivery into a series of independent country releases on a shared global template, and stepped in to recover delivery across multiple sites where progress had stalled.

We introduced AI-assisted testing that reduced regression cycles from several weeks to under a fortnight, protecting quality while accelerating each release. Intercompany processes were standardised to free working capital and simplify settlement.
